Anna Duggar Moving On With Life After Husband’s Prison Sentence
Josh and Anna Duggar had the picture-perfect life until he was named in a shocking cheating scandal in 2015. The data breach revealed thousands of names of clients who used the Ashley Madison website to cheat on their wives. Josh Duggar’s name was included in the list. The TLC couple stayed together and had more children. The Duggars’ TLC show was canceled in 2015 after it came out that Josh Duggar had molested several young girls, including his sisters. The show was rebooted later that year to focus on Jill and Jessa Duggar.
Josh Duggar retreated from the public view for a while until 2021, when he was arrested for possessing child pornography. He was found guilty and eventually sentenced to over twelve years in prison. The former reality star still proclaims his innocence and continues to fight for release. His official release date is 2032. With her husband locked up for at least the next seven years, Anna Duggar has had to raise their seven children alone. Anna runs a dog breeding facility to help make a living without her husband’s income. Despite reports, she doesn’t plan to divorce him.
TLC Star Unrecognizable With Physical Overhaul
Anna Duggar has made only a few rare public appearances since her husband’s incarceration. She deleted her personal social media account. However, she recently showed up on the Instagram of Hilltop Nutrition, a shop in San Mateo, Florida, that sells specialty healthy drinks.
The former TLC star posed with three of her sisters. Anna Duggar debuted platinum blonde locks, a far cry from the dark brown hair color fans are used to seeing. She also appeared to be a lot thinner than in photos taken during Josh Duggar’s trial. She gave birth to their seventh child in October 2021, just a month before the federal trial started.
